Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar P. S. case no. 69/2015 registered under sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of this fact that several cases of similar nature were registered against different persons and some persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different benches of this court including this court, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar P. S. case no. 69/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section
