Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurtha P. S. case no. 13/2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 153A, 447, 341, 323, 504, 353, 427. 295, 295A, 298 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear that for the same occurrence two cases i.e. Kurtha P. S. case no. 10/2015 as well as present case were registered against the petitioner and others.

Admittedly, petitioner has already been admitted to anticipatory bail in Kurtha P. S. case no. 10/2015 vide order dated 21.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 22013/2015. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22961 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Kurtha P. S. case no. 13/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
