Petitioner seeks bail in Kochas P.S. Case No.198 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2018 having clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that family of the informant had gone to celebrate Chhath festival and on return to his house at 7.30 PM, they noticed that five persons were running away from the house. Petitioner identified two persons, namely, Deepak Chouhan and Khedu (petitioner). Articles kept in the house were scattered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kochas P.S.
