The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 877 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49801 of 2019 on 25.10.2019 (Annexure-2).
