The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 51 0f 2018, registered under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that during course of raid by the informant along with other police officials, a live cartridge of KF 8 MM00 was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no any cogent evidence against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner It is also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33748 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.02.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 51 of 2018.
