JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Dilip Kumar No.1, the learned Additional P.P. through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No.150 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police apprehended the petitioner and only a country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2019. Of course the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months for recovery of a country made pistol without any cartridge.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16371 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S.
