The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 447, 448, 504, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault due to which one person sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injury report is found to be simple in nature as opined by the doctor. Both parties have sustained injuries, as

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
