20-09-2017 Heard Sri Binay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, on 28-11-2016, vide Cr. Misc. No. 34772 of 2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. The petitioner is in custody in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/27(A)/ 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 on an allegation of recovery of 164 Kg. of Ganja. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, trial is almost at the fag end.

Since, trial is at the fag end, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
