The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that there is general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners of commission of assault. Specific allegation is against co-accused-Md. Naushad to have assaulted with Dabia to Afroz Iquwal on his head. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16624 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dagarua P.S.Case No. 248 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
