That this is an application for appropriate writ or writ(s) for cancellation or set aside order dated 30.5.2023 passed by the learned Collector, Banka, in Appeal Case No. 13/20192020, whereby and whereunder it is stated that order passed by the District Programme Officer in the light of guideline of integrated child development, service is legal and confirmed.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
