Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench. At the outset, learned counsel for the informant informs this Court that all the sections under which charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, are bailable in nature, therefore, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
