2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that it is case of consensual sex.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after examination of the victim in the Court below in the trial, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
