JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 414, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 32, 27, 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been roped in the present case on the basis of clue from the police spy. He submits that the co-accused, namely, Raushan Kumar, has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 34404 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36303 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Cum Special Judge, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018.
