2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of the following reliefs:
(i) for direction to Respondent authorities specially Respondent no. 2 to ensure compliance of Letter no. 01/ Estb. (M.P) 82/14/02 U.D. and H.D. Where under employees of H.R. Agencies are debar from work and further enquiry for proceeding book and other records which is likely to be tempered by then executive Officer
Patna High Court CWJC No.4210 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/3 Vinay Kuma;
(ii) further for direction authorities to immediately remove H.R.
Agency employee namely Roushan Kumar Pandey, Gautam Kumar, Prince Kumar, Vikash Kumar and Brajesh Kumar from work;
(iii) further direction to Respondent authorities specially Respondent no. 2 to make an enquiry to how H.R. Agency employee has got permanent in Nagar Panchayat Jagdishpur, Bhojpur.
3. In view of the fact that the necessary parties are missing in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if his representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara is considered and an appropriate order passed.
4. Learned State Counsel is absent.
5. In that background and in view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the
