The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner had threatened her son and thereafter her son is missing. The case is of the year 2007 and the petitioner moved for anticipatory bail in the year 2015 and it appears that petitioner has got no apprehension of arrest in this case and for this reason alone, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

It is submitted that other co-accused have been granted regular bail.

If the petitioner surrenders before learned Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23516 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahnar P.S. case No. 220 of 2007 and prays for regular bail, learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of petitioner taking into consideration that other accused persons have been granted regular bail.
