Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence is against unknown.
Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Ajit Kumar. Ajit Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.29165 of 2018.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2018. Nothing was recovered from his possession nor he was ever put on T.I. Parade. Investigation of the case is already closed.

No.36190 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No.66 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
