The present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 220 of 2019 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 10.01.2019 and 18.01.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69011 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29706 of 2020.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court has now fixed the case for judgment,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16763 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 hence the petitioner would not be pressing the present petition at the moment.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
