2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 1876 of 2018 which stood dismissed vide order dated 29.01.2024 for noncompliance of order dated 18.12.2023.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 1876 of 2018 is restored to its original file and number subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks.
