The petitioner is accused in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 registered under sections 326(A) and 307 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Sitamarhi.
Submission is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53353 of 2016 on 14.02.2017. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I find no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is again rejected.
However, Trial Court is directed to conclude the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48751 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 trial within a period of three months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
