====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody seeks bail in Bihiya PS Case No. 203 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that on account of land dispute Ram Lal Yadav assaulted on the chest of informant's son, Hardeo Yadav also assaulted with knife, it is also alleged that this petitioner put country made pistol on his temple but did not fire. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated due to land dispute and there is no accusation of committing assault in any manner by the petitioner rather the allegation of assault is against others and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ram Murat Yadav @ Ram Surat Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bihiya PS Case No. 203 of 2017.
