Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 3681 of 2018 arising out of Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of the statement of the co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious posesion of this petitioner. Alleged recovery has been made from a place outside the house of one Arvind Kumar with whom this petitioner has no connection. Petitioner is a man of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Speical Case No. 3681 of 2018 arising out of Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
