JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 14.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P. S. case no. 180/2014 registered under sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against petitioners is that they, having entered into conspiracy, identified signature of executor on sale deed and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, it appears that fact of the case demonstrates the dispute of civil nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24887 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Laheriasarai P. S. case no. 180/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
