The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.2.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in S.T. No. 422 of 2013 arising out of Garhpura P.S. Case No. 77 of 2012 registered under sections 147,149,341,323, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, later on, section 302 IPC was added, whereby the petitioner's application for discharge under section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that charges have been framed. Hence, learned counsel confines his prayer only for a direction to conclude the trial within a reasonable time frame.
