The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.54 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 445 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the first information report has been instituted after 93 days of the occurrence of offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35475 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
