The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on verification of the certificate of accused Niraj Verma, it was found that some other person was working in his place. On enquiry, it transpired that it was the photograph of the petitioner who had obtained the appointment on the basis of forged certificate of Niraj Verma. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner has been implicated in the case only for the reason that his photograph was found pasted. He is in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26644 of 2021(3) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 6.1.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case no.354 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
