The petitioner apprehends his arrest in S.K.Puri P.S. Case No.191 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner sold a fake application form for admission in A.N.College after realisation of Rs.300/- from him. When the informant went to submit the application form, the same was not accepted on the counter. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not sell any duplicate admission form to any person. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
