Versus

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Leelawati Kumari For the Respondent/s : Mr.
====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 Heard learned counsel, Mr. Bajrangi Lal, appearing for the petitioners.
2.
Perused the order dated 22.02.2016 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-VI, Aurangabad in Probate Case No. 03 of 2015, whereby, the learned court below allowed the application filed by the interveners for being added as party on the ground that they are grand sons of the deceased and also sale deeds are in their favour with respect to the property alleged to be covered under the Will in question in this probate case. 3.
In view of the above factual position that the interveners are purchaser of part of the property involved in the Will and that they are also claiming to be the grand sons of the deceased, I find that the learned court below has rightly allowed the application. As such, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
