====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 374 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a) Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Nepali wine was seized from the two motorcycles. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On account of previous grudge a petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33940 of 2018(2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018.

Considering the fact petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned AddI. District and Sessions Judge-II Cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 374 of 2018.
