2. The petitioner, who was an erstwhile employee of the Civil Courts, Aurangabad has sought a direction to the District Judge, Civil Court, Aurangabad, Bihar (respondent no. 3) to make available to him the benefits of first and second ACP to which he is entitled.
3. The petitioner has retired on 31.01.2018 and has also made representation before the respondent no. 3 which has gone unheeded till date.
4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before District Judge, Civil Court, Aurangabad, Bihar (respondent no. 3) within a period of four weeks from today who on
Patna High Court CWJC No.5076 of 2019 dt.01-04-2019 2/2 receipt of same shall dispose it of within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, then necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid period.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
