The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 100/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioner is 73 years old lady. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16481 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 100/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
