The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, five armed accused persons on the point of firearm are stated to have forcibly taken away the Bolero vehicle of the informant as also both trucks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation on the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner recorded by the police in another case not leading to recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, investigation in the case having concluded with submission of the chargesheet and the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case no.5 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, District Gaya.
