The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Simultala P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation that the lady and small child being not found till date and the informant having cast doubt on the petitioner's role, it would be essential for getting him custodial interrogation done, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
