This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 307 of the I.P.C. It is submitted that the petitioners were on police bail but as the cognizance has been taken under section 307 of the I.P.C. also and as such there is apprehension that when they surrender they will be taken into custody.

As the petitioners are on police bail and as such they are directed to surrender in the court below within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and seek regular bail and in that case the petitioners shall be released on bail on the same day if they have not misused the privilege of bail granted by the police on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29657 of 2014 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S. Kumar, J.M.
