The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application relates to non-payment of arrears of salary from August 2016 till date.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that verification with regard to credentials, selection process and
Patna High Court CWJC No.4571 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 academic certificate is still inconclusive. It is a matter of common knowledge that after lapse of more than six years, it has been reported that certain folders regarding appointment of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of the forged certificates are missing.
In order to give quietus for verification, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to provide all the relevant documents relating to selection process including the academic training and other certificates for verification by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of fortnight and on filing of representation with aforesaid documents, Director, Primary Education will look into the matter as to validity of those documents and complete the process within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If it is found on scrutiny that the documents are genuine and petitioner was validly appointed and has actually worked, he shall be paid salary for the period he has worked. Such a decision for payment of consequential benefits to the petitioner shall be taken within the same period.
