JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 13.11.2019 seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019, dated 13.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 25 (1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. It appears that only two cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner though there is recovery of other incriminating articles from other persons.

Considering the nature of recovery from the petitioner and the period of his custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14180 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur (Patna) in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019.
