JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody for last two and half months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation coupled with the fact that petitioner is an accused in six other cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34567 of 2017 (2) dt.28-07-2017 bail is, accordingly, rejected.
