The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.Case No. 102 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 153A, 295A, 323, 332, 333, 337, 353, 379, 435, 436, 427 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that a large number of people, approximately 200, have been implicated alleging indulgence in riot and arson on the occasion of Ram Navami, but there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by coordinate Bench of this Court.
