Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 379 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other named accused persons is of commission of murderous assault and theft against the parent's of the informant as the accused persons were in inebriated condition.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2018. The allegation is general and omnibus. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37749 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurpur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
