2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the statement of the petitioner, two Motorcycles have been recovered.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 1.11.2023 and he has two similar antecedents also.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18236 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sadar Araria Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
