ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Shashtri Nagar P.S. case No.322 of 2014 registered under Sections 290, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffic Act, pending before the court of Md. Saleem, J.M., 1st class, Patna.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
