The learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the respondent no. 8 have assisted the Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4531 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 The present petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner as per its entitlement under the Bihar Industrial Incentive Policy, 2011 under the head of the capital subsidy on investment in plants and machineries including DG Set and exemption from Monthly Minimum Charges/Minimum Base Energy Charge/Demand/Billing Demand etc.

The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on Sections 9, 13 and 14 of the Bihar Single Window Clearance Act, 2006. According to him, the authorities have not taken any clear decision till now.

At this stage, the learned State Counsel submits that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation within two weeks from today, the same shall be looked into and disposed of within six weeks thereof.
