Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/304(B),379/120(B)/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is co-villager in a case where allegation is of commission of dowry death.

Submission is that the petitioner is victim of over implication. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26766 of 2021(2) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khutauna Police Station Case No.144 of 2020, G.R.No.2054 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
