The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) of the SC/ST Act. The hen of the informant was missing, on enquiry Ashok Yadav @ Asho Yadav petitioner no. 1 and Pappu Yadav @ Puchu Yadav petitioner no. 6 are said to have disclosed that they ate the hen. It is alleged that some altercation took place and the petitioners assaulted and abused the informant. It is submitted that prior to lodging of this case, from the side of the petitioners Khaira P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23195 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 lodged against the complainant and others. The land of the petitioners is situated by the side of the house of the informant and that is why this case has been lodged after five days of the occurrence. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 17.10.2014, but the complaint petition itself was filed on 22.10.2014. The informant did not receive any injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui SC/ST (P.O.A.) Case No. 59 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
