The Petitioners who are in custody seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 346/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the FIR that the wife of the informant went to bring fodder for the cattles at 10:00 am in the morning and thereafter she did not return. FIR is against unknown.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It has been further submitted that after eight

The petitioners have no concern with the wife of the informant. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since, 22.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magisrtrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
