The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 354(i) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the occurrence took place on 05.04.2018 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 28.05.2018 after long delay without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt over the prosecution version. Moreover, the victim in her statement has admitted that there was friendship between her and the petitioner and they have taken several photographs together along with other friends. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
