Mr.Ramchandra Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard Ms. Bela Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ramchandra Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 18.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22068 of 2019, whereby they were granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order. The petitioners could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15323 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.

In case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 18.07.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 18.07.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
