2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused person abducted the daughter of the informant. The girl is still traceless.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the victim is still traceless, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
