JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.06.2014, passed in Deficit Stamp Case no. 70 of 2013-14 by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Darbhanga, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prefer an appeal under Section 47(A)(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
