2. In compliance of the order dated 03.04.2026, a report dated 09.04.2026 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received. From perusal of the aforesaid report, it appears that out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses, only six witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the nine witnesses have been examined in this case and presently the case is fixed for judgment.
