2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suppl. Parbatta P.S. Case No. 23/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. While committing loot, the criminals shot at the victim and injured him. The petitioner was suspected in the crime. The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases and materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Co-accused has confessed and named this petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is dismissed.
